Live Blog Update| Israel's genocide in Gaza

Morning update

Good morning Middle East Eye readers,

Here are the latest developments in the Israeli war on Gaza and the occupied West Bank:

  • Six aid trucks are expected to enter the Gaza Strip on Saturday via Unicef, the Palestinian health ministry in Gaza has announced. However, the trucks carry only essential medical supplies - no food - despite the ongoing famine.

  • Gaza's government media office warned that over 100,000 children could die within days if baby formula is not delivered immediately.

  • More than 25 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks across Gaza since dawn on Saturday.

  • Two Palestinians in the West Bank were killed overnight - one by Israeli forces, the other by a settler.

  • An activist on board the Handala convoy, which aims to break the Israeli blockade on Gaza, told Al Jazeera: "[We] are preparing ourselves for the possibility of Israeli forces storming the ship."
