Swedish PM: Brussels blasts 'attack against democratic Europe'

Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Lofven has condemned the attacks in Brussels.

"It is an attack against democratic Europe," he said in a statement.

"We will never accept that terrorists attack our open societies."
