Hamas in Nablus, one of the main political parties in the West Bank, has issued a call for a procession of cars after sunset prayers tonight.
An Israeli official has said that Israel will not be sending a delegation to negotiations in Cairo until further notice, according to Haaretz correspondent Barak Ravid.
According to the report, the official said there is "no point" engaging in negotiations anymore.
"We will finish destroying the tunnels and base our policy towards Gaza on deterrence and not on understandings with Hamas."
The Palestinian ambassador in Cairo announced that a delegation will start arriving in Cairo this evening.
According to the diplomat, Jamal al-Shoubaki, who had recently arrived back in Egypt after a visit to Jordan, some members of the delegation will not arrive until Sunday morning due to the ongoing violence in Rafah town.
Azzam Ahmed, a prominent member of Fatah, said that representatives from Hamas have not been able to leave Gaza due to the security situation.

After a joint press conference in Cairo, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi called for an immediate ceasefire to allow aid to enter the Strip.
They said such a truce would allow the start of negotiations around a solution to the crisis.
The Gazan Interior Ministry has issued another statement regarding the Rafah border crossing, after consistently criticising Egypt for allegedly refusing to open the crossing throughout the conflict.
According to Palestine Info, the ministry announced that, while the gate on the Egyptian side of the border has been opened, but the administration has not been able to station its employees at the crossing due to ongoing bombing.
“We are very close to completing the mission of dealing with the tunnels,” according to an Israeli army officer speaking on Saturday morning.
The army says that it has destroyed four such tunnels in the past 24 hours.
According to a Hamas, the Israeli army destroyed a number of houses in Rafah overnight "under the pretext of searching for tunnels."
The Israeli army struck 55 "targets" overnight, including five mosques, Gaza's biggest university and a UN-run shelter for people displaced during the last conflict.
Seven people also died during the bombing of the home of the Abu Suleiman family in Rafah city.

Gaza's Health Ministry has just announced the death of Yasir Youssef Abu Dibagh, a 20-year old Egyptian national, as a result of injuries sustained in Israeli bombing.
The statement does not mention where or when the young man was injured.
- 70 people were killed as Israeli forces bombarded the town of Rafah on Gaza's border with Egypt. The attacks injured over 100 people.
- As of two hours ago, the death toll among Gazans had reached 1,650, with more than 8,900 injured according to Gaza's Health Ministry.
