Syria's envoy to UN used photo of Iraqi soldier as evidence of Syria helping civilians in Aleppo

Syria's envoy to the UN Bashar Jaafari used photos of a soldier helping a woman in Iraq claiming it was a photo of a Syrian soldier in Aleppo.

This latest gaffe comes after an emergency UN Security Council session was called by France and Spain as the situation deteriorated in east Aleppo.
