Caroline Sekyewa
Caroline Sekyewa is the country director for the International Rescue Committee in Yemen, where she leads the humanitarian response to the crisis affecting millions of people. She has more than 20 years of experience in programme leadership, development cooperation and partnership management. She is passionate about empowering women and girls disproportionately affected by violence, displacement and poverty. She advocates for a recovery and development approach that addresses the root causes of crises and meets people's long-term needs.
