Osama Abuzaid is a researcher specialising in development and governance, based in Khartoum. He is currently affiliated with CEDEJ as an associate researcher and programme coordinator for grant assistance under the Grassroots and Human Security Projects (GGP). He has taught development management and governance-related subjects at the University of Medical Sciences and Technology (UMST), and has participated in projects with various UN agencies and non-governmental organisations.
