Penny Green is a professor of law and globalisation at Queen Mary University of London and a fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences. She is the co-founder and director of the International State Crime Initiative, editor-in-chief of the State Crime Journal, executive member of the Gaza People’s Tribunal, and a Palestine Book Awards judge. She holds a Leverhulme Major Research Fellowship exploring the humanitarian camp as a site of genocidal reproduction, and her new book with Thomas MacManus, Chronicle of a Genocide Foretold: Myanmar and the Rohingya, will be published by Rutgers University Press in 2025.
