Russia's Foreign Ministry said on Sunday that Russia strongly condemns the US attacks on Iran's nuclear sites.
"The irresponsible decision to subject the territory of a sovereign state to missile and bomb attacks, whatever the arguments it may be presented with, flagrantly violates international law, the Charter of the United Nations and the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council," the ministry said in its statement.
"We call for an end to aggression and for increased efforts to create conditions for returning the situation to a political and diplomatic track," the ministry said.

US strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities have raised the risk of the regional conflict spreading globally, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said on Sunday, adding that Ankara was deeply concerned about possible repercussions following the attacks.
In a statement, the ministry said that a spread of the conflict into a wider global war must not be allowed, calling on all parties to act with responsibility and end attacks immediately. It said only negotiations could resolve the nuclear dispute between Tehran and Washington.

The latest US strikes on Iran's nuclear complex at Isfahan hit six buildings in addition to four damaged previously, but they contained little or no nuclear material, the UN nuclear watchdog said in a statement on Sunday.
"The facilities targeted today either contained no nuclear material or small quantities of natural or low enriched uranium, meaning any radioactive contamination is limited to the buildings that were damaged or destroyed," the International Atomic Energy Agency said.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guard on Sunday said the United States has placed itself “at the front line of aggression” by launching strikes on what it called peaceful nuclear facilities.
In a statement reported by Reuters, the Guard vowed that "invaders" must now “await responses that will bring regret,” adding that the operation to retaliate would continue “with precision, intent and force” targeting infrastructure and strategic centres in Israel.
Iran dismissed the effectiveness of the strikes, asserting that its indigenous and peaceful nuclear programme “cannot be destroyed by any attack.”
It also called US military bases in the region a “point of vulnerability, not strength.”
The Guard further stated that the flight paths of the aircraft involved in the assault had been identified and were under surveillance, while rejecting intimidation by what it described as the “criminal gangs ruling the White House and Tel Aviv.”
Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi has accused both Israel and the United States of deliberately sabotaging diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving tensions over Tehran’s nuclear programme.
In a strongly worded post on X (formerly Twitter), Araghchi said, “Last week, we were in negotiations with the US when Israel decided to blow up that diplomacy. This week, we held talks with the E3/EU when the US decided to blow up that diplomacy. What conclusion would you draw?”
He also pushed back against European demands for Iran to return to negotiations, saying: “To Britain and the EU High Rep, it is Iran which must 'return' to the table. But how can Iran return to something it never left, let alone blew up?”

Kuwait's finance ministry said it has set up shelters in the country's ministries complex following US strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities.
The shelters can accommodate around 900 people, the ministry said in a statement on X.
The United States has a military presence across the major oil-producing region, with bases in Kuwait as well as in Iraq, Qatar, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates.
Qatar has warned of “catastrophic consequences” following the overnight US attacks targeting Iranian nuclear facilities, urging an immediate halt to military operations and a return to diplomatic dialogue.
In a statement on Sunday, Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said it is “deeply concerned” by the escalating tensions in the region after strikes on the Islamic Republic of Iran, describing the current situation as dangerously volatile on both regional and international levels.
“The region cannot bear further escalation,” the ministry said, calling on all sides to exercise restraint, act with wisdom, and avoid actions that could lead to wider conflict and humanitarian suffering.
Qatar, which hosts a US base, reiterated its full support for all regional and international efforts aimed at resolving disputes peacefully and fostering stability through dialogue rather than force.

Yemen's Houthi movement has strongly condemned the US strikes on Iran, calling them an act of aggression against the Islamic Republic and its nuclear facilities.
“We condemn and denounce the American aggression that targeted the Islamic Republic of Iran and its nuclear sites,” the Sanaa government spokesperson said in an official statement.
It added: “We declare our full support for the Islamic Republic - its leadership, people, and military - in the face of American and Zionist aggression.”
Bahrain urged citizens and residents to use main roads only when necessary to "allow relevant authorities to use roads efficiently" following strikes by the US against Iran's nuclear facilities.

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, has warned that Iran must not be allowed to develop a nuclear weapon, calling it a threat to international security.
In a post on X on Sunday, Kallas urged all parties to “step back, return to the negotiating table, and prevent further escalation.”

The source added that the number of personnel at the site had also been reduced to a minimum in anticipation of a potential attack.

The kingdom called on the international community to boost efforts in such 'highly sensitive circumstances' to reach a political solution to end the crisis.

Iran has the legal right to withdraw from the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) based on its Article 10 following US strikes on three Iranian nuclear facilities, Parliament foreign policy committee head Abbas Golroo said in a statement on X on Sunday.
Article 10 postulates that an NPT member has "the right to withdraw from the Treaty if it decides that extraordinary events have jeopardized the supreme interests of its country".
Iran’s foreign ministry has issued a statement on Twitter condemning the US attacks “in the strongest possible terms.”
The US, the ministry warns, “is held fully responsible for the dangerous consequences and far-reaching implications”.
“The Islamic Republic of Iran is resolved to defend Iran's territory, sovereignty, security and people by all force and means against the United States' criminal aggression,” the statement reads.
The ministry also called on the UN Security Council to convene an emergency session and on the IAEA board of governors “to carry out its legal responsibility”.
“The world must not forget that it was the United States that, in the midst of a diplomatic process, betrayed diplomacy by supporting the genocidal and lawbreaking Israeli regime to impose a war of aggression on the Iranian nation,” it added.
