At least 13 aid seekers were killed on Monday by an Israeli air strike in the southern city of Khan Younis, according to medical sources at Nasser Medical complex.
Another 50 people were injured in the same attack.
This pushes the number of those killed in Gaza by Israeli attacks since the early hours of Monday to at least 48 people.
At least 27 people have been killed since the morning hours of Monday by Israeli strikes in different parts of Gaza.
The figure includes 10 aid seekers, who were seeking to collect food at an aid distribution warehouse in al- Zeitoun neighbourhood in Gaza City, according to Al Jazeera.

The British High Court is expected to deliver a verdict on Monday morning in the legal challenge over the UK government’s continued supply of F-35 fighter jet parts to Israel.
The ruling in the case brought by the UK-based Global Legal Action Network (Glan) and Palestinian human rights group Al-Haq is the most anticipated in the arms control community since the government was taken to court over its arms sales to Saudi Arabia during its bombing campaign in the Yemen war.
The challenge over UK arms exports to Israel was first filed in late October 2023, soon after Israel launched an attack on Gaza following the Hamas-led attacks in Israel earlier in the month.
Under the Tory government, UK arms exports to Israel continued without any apparent change, despite concerns raised as early as November 2023 by the Foreign Office unit assessing Israel's compliance with international humanitarian law.
Last September, the newly elected Labour government suspended around 30 export licenses for UK-made arms that the government assessed could be used in Gaza.

As Israel’s war on Gaza intensifies and expands across the Middle East, media analysts and human rights advocates are raising concerns over the lack of international accountability and the role of Western news outlets in shaping public perception of the conflict.
At a panel hosted by the International Centre of Justice for Palestinians (ICJP) in London on Saturday, experts accused mainstream Western media of contributing to the denial and distortion of atrocities unfolding in Gaza.
The Centre for Media Monitoring (CFMM) presented findings highlighting how often leading media organisations downplay or dismiss claims of genocide. Faisal Hanif, a media analyst at CFMM, said the BBC had shut down references to genocide in its Gaza coverage more than 100 times over the past year.
Omar al-Ghazzi, Associate Professor of Media and Communications at the London School of Economics, called the trend “a war on history.” He warned that the use of media narratives as future historical sources could shape how upcoming generations understand the events in Gaza.

Hospitals across the territory are overwhelmed as the death toll climbs amid relentless bombardment
The Israeli military has killed at least 785 Palestinian athletes and sports officials since its war on Gaza began in October 2023, the Palestinian Football Association has said.
Susan Shalabi, the association’s deputy head, told Turkey's Anadolu Agency that the dead include footballers and staff from multiple disciplines, with most of the victims killed in Gaza. At least 23 were killed in the occupied West Bank.
Among the dead were 437 football players, Shalabi said, including 15 from the West Bank.
The association is compiling the figures using its registration records and data from its Gaza branch, she added.
But the true toll could be higher. “There are still people missing under the rubble,” Shalabi said, stressing that search efforts are hampered by limited access to areas devastated by Israeli bombardment.
