Israeli forces on Wednesday bombed the eastern areas of al-Maghazi camp in the central Gaza Strip.

The Tubas Battalion of the Al-Quds Brigades on Wednesday said that it had "confronted the incursion of the occupation forces" in the Tubas region of the occupied West Bank, Al Jazeera Arabic reported.

In a statement, the group said that it had detonated explosives against Israeli army vehicles and achieved direct hits.

Israeli forces have laid a complete siege on the Tubas Governorate, where they expelled residents from the city and turned it into a military barracks.

Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth has reported that the military operation in Tubas in the northern West Bank is being led by three brigades. 

The report quoted sources as saying that Menashe, Shomron, and the Commandos brigade are leading the operation, which targets several villages and towns and may take days.

Early on Tuesday morning, Israeli settlers broke into the home of Mohammed al-Salwadi in the occupied West Bank town of Salwad, where they vandalised the house and stole items including batteries and solar panels.⁠

According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, Israel and its settlers carried out 2,350 attacks across the occupied West Bank in October alone.⁠

The report documented 1,584 attacks by the Israeli army and 766 by settlers, with the highest concentrations in Ramallah and al-Bireh (542), Nablus (412) and Hebron (401).⁠

Palestinians describe these assaults as part of a persistent campaign of violence and land seizure by the occupying state against their people, homes and livelihoods.

Israeli forces on Wednesday deployed military reinforcements, bulldozers and heavy equipment towards the Nur Shams camp in Tulkarm Governorate in the occupied West Bank, Al Jazeera reported. 

The municipality of Tammun also reported that a large number of Israeli forces stormed the town as aircraft fired on its residents and neighbourhoods.

As part of the large-scale operation, the Israeli army bulldozed roads, cut water lines, closed the town's entrances, and turned at least 10 houses into military barracks.

Israeli forces on Wednesday conducted air raids, targeting areas inside the yellow line  in the town of Bani Suheila, east of Khan Yunis city in the southern Gaza Strip.

Al Jazeera Arabic reported that the Israeli army also carried out a demolition operation east of Gaza city, inside the yellow line that demarcates the area in which Israeli forces can remain, according to the ceasefire.

In a joint statement, the Israeli army and the Shin Bet said that Israeli forces began a "large-scale operation to thwart terrorism" in the northern West Bank.

Israeli forces on Wednesday imposed a curfew and a complete siege on the Tubas Governorate in the occupied West Bank, Al Jazeera Arabic reported. 

The report said that the soldiers expelled residents from the city and turned it into a military barracks.

Palestinian media have reported that clashes took place between Palestinians and settlers in the village of Rashayda, southeast of Bethlehem in the West Bank.

In a post on X, Albanese quoted a new UN report and said that Israel's genocide in Gaza has led to the destruction of healthcare, education, infrastructure, and even the banking system.

UN secretary-general Antonio Guterres on Wednesday said that the Palestinian people have the right to dignity, justice and self-determination like all other peoples of the world.

"Establishing a state is a right for the Palestinians," Guterres said in a speech at the special meeting to celebrate the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.

He also called for an end to the illegal occupation of Palestinian territories.

He added that the United Nations will never back down from its commitment to the Palestinian people and their right to self-determination

Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday stormed the town of Tammun, south of Tubas in the occupied West Bank, Al Jazeera Arabic reported. 

The forces also arrested a young Palestinian man during their raid on al-Fawwar camp, south of Hebron, Palestinian media reported. 

The report said that Israeli forces stormed the eastern area of ​​Nablus, the town of Halhul north of Hebron and the city of Tubas in the northern occupied West Bank. 

Palestinian sources said that the Israeli forces set up a vehicle checkpoint during a raid on the town of Qaffin, north of Tulkarm in the West Bank.

Israeli warplanes on Wednesday launched a series of air strikes east of Khan Younis city in the southern Gaza Strip, Al Jazeera Arabic reported. 

The report said that Israeli artillery shelling also targeted the eastern part of Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip.

The occupation vehicles also opened fire towards the city of Rafah in the south, according to Palestinian media reports.

Amjad al-Shawwa, a prominent civil society leader in Gaza and the man reportedly tipped by several Palestinian factions to lead Gaza's technocratic transition committee, told Alaraby TV on Tuesday that Israel is withholding desperately-needed winter aid from Gaza.

Shawwa said Israel has so far allowed a supply of 30,000 tents to enter Gaza, when current weather conditions demand 10 times that amount, at 300,000. 

Heavy rain and winds have flooded and collapsed the tents of the displaced in Gaza for more than a week, exacerbating already catastrophic conditions in the enclave.
